Fortunately,  resilience skills and strategies can be learned and that’s exactly what we teach in this Workplace Resilience Foundations course!

This 3-hour online course is designed for employees who want or need to develop their skills in resilience.

It’s a practical workshop full of strategies and techniques to empower participants with the skills to bounce back quickly and improve their coping and self-management skills.

Having a greater sense of self-awareness equates to a greater capacity to undertake challenging situations and to adapt to adversity at any time.

4. How to build a strong emotional base

You’ll learn how to respond to challenges as opposed to reacting to them.

5. How to pull it all together

Understanding the skills and strategies in the workspace is one thing, but knowing how to implement them on a day-to-day basis whether working from home or in the office, is critical for ongoing success.
