Join us for our next ACXPA Victoria event with a tour of the SEEK Contact Centre/Head Office.
As well as seeing the incredible Seek HQ, you’ll also be hearing from our expert panel to share insights on how to maximise employee engagement and CX in today’s dynamic work environment.
Let’s face it: employee engagement has always been a focus in call centres, but with many workplaces now using a combination of onsite and a work-from-home workforce, that task has become even more challenging.
