Each month, we interview a special guest on our CX Roundtables who graciously contribute their time, insights and expertise in giving back to our industry.
There is no cost to join our Roundtables, and they are not sponsored or endorsed by any vendors – the roundtables are to simply enable fellow CX practitioners to come together in a welcoming environment and sharing learnings.
The format each month is an approx 40-minute conversation, followed by ~20 minutes of live Q&A where you have the opportunity to ask questions of our guest.
About This Month’s Special Guest, Laura Mazin
Laura Mazin is a self-confessed “customer-obsessed” leader with over 30 years of international, multi-sector experience as a transformational change agent.
After a great 25-year career at Telstra, where Laura held many complex operational leadership roles, she then found her love for CUSTOMERS.
Now leading her own boutique CX consulting business – AchieveAble, as well as being an independent advisor to Bain and Co’s NPSx, Laura is elbow-deep in helping organisations truly improve their customer experiences
