ACXPA QLD Launch Event
Join us for our very first ACXPA Queensland event featuring two great speakers and a chance to mingle with others working in the contact centre and customer experience industry in Queensland.
The Australian Customer Experience Professionals Association (ACXPA) is an exciting new industry association for contact centre and customer experience professionals working across voice, digital, and in-person channels (learn more about us >).

We’re thrilled to feature two expert speakers for our ACXPA QLD Launch event:
- Cloe Kernick, General Manager Customer & Market Operations at Energy QLD, will be providing some great insights into the trends to look out for in the back half of 2024 and into 2025.
