Each month, we interview a special guest on our Call Centre Roundtables who graciously contribute their time, insights and expertise in giving back to our industry.
There is no cost to join our Roundtables, and they are not sponsored or endorsed by any vendors—the roundtables are simply to enable fellow contact centre practitioners to come together in a welcoming environment and share their learnings.
The format each month is an approx 40-minute conversation, followed by ~20 minutes of live Q&A where you have the opportunity to ask questions of our guest.
